The seller's legal name is Leopold McAllister, trading as catchcard.ai ("we", "us", "the seller"). Leopold McAllister provides the catchcard.ai service and is the party you are contracting with. By creating an account or continuing to use catchcard.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate sign-in details. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, applicable taxes, invoicing, renewals and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, which apply in addition to these terms. Pro subscriptions are sold on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically at the then-current price at the start of each period until cancelled; credit top-up packs are one-off purchases. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency, inclusive of any tax Paddle is required to collect. You can cancel at any time, and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).
Capturing, storing and sharing contacts is free. AI actions consume credits: scanning, background briefs. Free accounts receive a monthly allowance that resets at the start of each calendar month; unused allowance does not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire. If an AI action fails, the credits for it are refunded automatically. Prices and allowances may change with notice.
Extracted fields and background briefs are generated by AI models and may be incomplete or wrong. Briefs may include explicitly inferred, unverified statements. Always review before relying on them. We provide AI output "as is" and make no accuracy guarantee.
Share links are yours to manage: they expire, carry a claim limit and can be revoked. You are responsible for who you send a profile to and whether you have the right to pass it on.
The service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the law. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time; deletion is immediate and irreversible.
